Easter in Kelowna

Hudson had an eventful Easter Weekend. He took his first road trip, traveling to Kelowna, to spend part of the weekend with Melissa's family. Hudson was a great traveler, sleeping the whole way there and only waking once (for a short feeding) on the way home. Here are some of the things he did while he was in Kelowna for the first time.

Grandma Kroeker made a turkey for our family Easter meal. Hudson slept through the meal and through the family picture, but the rest of us had a good time. This is the same picture we took at Christmas, but with Grandpa Kroeker holding Hudson instead of a Christmas book.

Hudson welcoming Grandpa Kroeker home from work with some big smiles and some good cooing sounds.
Cuddling up with Grandma Kroeker while Mom and Dad got to sleep in or take naps.

Hudson had his first bike ride on a miniature (and decorative) wooden bike. He didn't get very far.

Having a bath in the bathroom sink, just like Uncle Ryan and Aunt Sara did when they were little (Melissa lived in a different house until she was 1).

Hudson now fits into some of the clothes he has received as gifts, like this "Team Grandpa" outift. And he continues to do a lot of stretching of his arms.
Hudson went on his first walk around the Rose Valley pond with Dad, Mom and Grandpa K, and he had his first ride in his snugglie. This pond is right across the street from G&G's house and is where Melissa and her siblings learned to skate.
