Growing Up!

Hudson is continuing to grow up. This is more emotional and sentimental for his mother than it is for his father.

In the past week we have been working on teaching Hudson how to hold his own bottle. Here he is at 9 months holding his own bottle. And also at only a few days old being fed his first bottle. Who'd have thought those little hands could ever support a bottle on their own?

And Hudson has also officially grown out of his bouncy chair. He spent most of his early months in this chair, both awake and for his naps. He loved it! And I carried it around the house with me from room to room. But his legs hang off the end, he's so heavy he almost bottoms out in it, and he tries to climb out of it. And when it's sitting around he can shimmy over to it, pull himself up in it, and pull the musical frog. He's no longer the little guy who watched the Olympic hockey gold medal game in this chair at a week old.
