We've been enjoying a heat wave around here for the past several days and have been able to spend a lot of time outside soaking up the long anticipated sun. Hudson continues to LOVE playing outside. Here he is driving a tractor around in the grass. Often he is lost in his own little world.
Hailey enjoys being outside, too, and is quite happy to lay in the shade watching Hudson.
Reese came over to enjoy the backyard and was pretty happy to be driving the car. And it turns out she's an experienced driver - only needs one hand on the wheel.
Hailey enjoys getting kisses from Dad.
And she gets all tuckered out after a trip to Derby Reach for a birthday party for one of Hudsy's friends.
Both kids enjoy reading with Keith. Hailey is more enamored with her Dad, though, than with the book.
And on Sunday we had Ryan, Laura and Reese over for our annual Cinco de Mayo party, which we got to enjoy outside this year. Hudson was very excited to be having chips and salsa for dinner.
