This year we've had a great time and learned a lot with our Thursday morning preschool group. We were sad to have it end this month!
For the last few weeks of preschool we learned about different countries. On my week, I taught about the USA. The kids dressed in red, white & blue, we counted the stars & stripes on the US flag, and we learned about and "played" baseball at the park near our house.
We also had a picnic lunch of hot dogs, chips and juice boxes.
On Juliet's week she talked about England and the kids dressed up to have high tea.
This picture above is very indicative of preschool - Karis (on the right) trying to get in on the action with the big kids.
And for our wrap-up party we went to Crescent Beach. Thankfully all of the dads were able to make it to our party so the outing was more manageable for us. Our party fell on my birthday so the other moms brought along cupcakes for us to share.
