I went to Kelowna for the wedding of my cousin Kevin and his beautiful bride Kaley. Their wedding was the same weekend as Mother's Day, so me, Ryan and Sara were all with our Mom on Mother's Day for the first time in many years.

Keith and the kids spent that weekend with Grammy. The kids had a lot of fun playing in and around the new playhouse Grammy had built, including painting rocks. Why aren't there more pictures of all this fun? Because our camera stayed at Grammy's house. Now begins cell phone picture blogging.
After repeatedly watching an episode of Curious George about bowling, today we headed to the "Bowling Center," as Hudson called it, to take the kids bowling for the first time.

True to form, Hudson created a new game of organizing the balls as they came out of the ball return, and Hailey climbed onto the ball return, sitting precariously but unconcerned.
We've spent lots of time with the Teeters, at the zoo and at the bike park near their house.
Hudson's preschool had a field trip to a farm and Hailey and I got to come along. Hailey was thrilled to think she was at preschool too.
Reesie came over one day and the kids (happily and somewhat organized-ly) played "tackle" on the spare mattress in the basement.
We've spent LOTS of time in the backyard playing the water, dirt, buckets, cars, the hose and grass.
And thanks to Aunty Laura, we've fallen in love with pig tails :)
