It is the end of an era here at the Reed home as we have decided to sell our Double BOB Stroller. Above are the kids in the stroller on its maiden voyage in March 2013 and below are the kids in the stroller this past weekend. They've both grown significantly in the past three years.
I feel nostalgic about the stroller - it has served me well, giving me a lot of autonomy and courage to get the kids out and doing things. It's carried kids, bikes, groceries, picnics, sand toys. It's been to the park, the grocery store, many walking trails, the beach, the zoo and the mall.
Here I am at the zoo with the kids last weekend - looks like I should have taken the BOB with me one more time.
Hudson loves to write, quite happy to sound out words that he's not sure how to spell. The other morning he made a list of all the sounds he had heard while eating his breakfast.
Hailey is a capable and willing helper. Here she is peeling oranges, breaking them into pieces and feeding them to her friend Olivia.
Last night Hailey, Hudson and Reese sang and did the actions for a song they sing during large group at Sunday School, with Holly watching on. It was adorable.
Here is the song, if you want to learn the lyrics.
