Hudson's 5th Week

Hudson had his one month check-up and he now weighs 8lbs. Way to go Hudson! Here are some of the things he was doing this past week.

Hudson has been opening his eyes much wider and seems much more alert.

We have gotten into the habit of having what we call our "pre-sleep" from 8:30-10pm each night. It allows us to get a bit more sleep before we give Hudson his final feeding of the evening and head to bed. Here is Keith passed out for his pre-sleep and Hudson following along in his bouncy chair.

He looks very sweet and peaceful when he's sleeping.

Hudson makes some crazy faces and sounds when he is waking up.

Melissa and Hudson sometimes have an afternoon nap while we wait for Keith to come home from work. Hudson is SO sweet when he just cuddles in and falls asleep.

This Sunday was Keith's first time preaching since Hudson was born. Here is Hudson watching as Keith writes his sermon.

On Sunday we had a visit from Granddad and Grandma Reed, as well as Great Grandpa Deaver. It was GG Deaver's first time at our house and first time meeting Hudson. Hudson is his first great grandson.
