Hudson's First Week

Hudson has been home from the hospital now for a week and he has been busy. Here are some more pictures of his visitors and activities.

Grandma and Granddad Reed came to visit on Friday and Saturday. Hudson got a good taste of what it will be like to be Granddad's grandchild...lots of photos! They also brought a gift from the neighbour - a Team Grandpa outfit - that also happens to be in Seahawks colours. Thanks for coming to visit, G&G!

Hudson went to church for the first time on Sunday. He had a big meal before we left and then slept the entire time. Not sure that's a habit we want him to have throughout life, but for now if he doesn't take much from the sermons that's okay.

Hudson also watched the US/Canada Olympic hockey game on Sunday afternoon. We've told him that when just the US plays, he cheers for the US and when just Canada plays, he cheers for Canada. But when the two countries play each other, our little dual citizen can choose for himself.
Also, he loves to sleep in his bouncy chair during the day between feedings. Yeah!

Grandma Kroeker has been kind enough to stay with us for the past week. She has been a busy beaver, helping us keep up around the house, holding Hudson so we can sleep, and loving him like crazy. Thanks Grandma for staying to help, and thanks Grandpa for letting her stay :)

And...finally...Aunt Sara got to meet her nephew this morning. She arrived at the front door this morning, fresh off a red eye flight and a tsunami scare in Hawaii, but she has been holding him and investigating him all morning. Hudson is excited to spend more time with her.
