Full House

Full House - not only one of Melissa's favourite TV shows growing up but also an accurate definition of our home lately. Uncle Ryan and Aunty Laura (Melissa's brother and sister-in-law) have been living with us since mid-August and will be with us until (Canadian) Thanksgiving when their townhome in Walnut Grove is completed. It's a lot of fun to have them here and we do a lot of laughing together in the evenings. They are also a lot of help with Hudson and I think Hudson likes all of the extra attention.
And this past weekend we filled up the last bit of extra space around here with Grandpa & Grandma Kroeker and Aunt Sara who came to visit from Kelowna.

On Saturday Uncle Ryan and Grandpa went down to Seattle to see a Huskies game while us girls went to garage sales (and got some great stuff) and Keith prepped for our church kick-off event. On Sunday we celebrated Grandpa's birthday. Hudson was totally mesmerized by the sparkler that we put on the cake. So mesmerized, in fact, that we kept lighting sparklers just to watch his reaction.
The only downer of the birthday party was that we made my Dad BBQ his own birthday steaks...in the rain...with a pink umbrella.
