Earlier this week I tried to have Hudson skip his morning nap and have a longer afternoon nap. This is what happened around 10am. Hudson is so busy, he still needs two naps.

Getting some work done...

The new game "suitcase" provided a lot of fun at our house for several days this week until Uncle Ryan and Aunty Laura came to visit and took their suitcase home. One time Keith couldn't find the remote control for the TV so I told him to check the suitcase - found! And one evening Hudson was roaming around and suddenly it was quiet. I found him playing by himself in the suitcase with his train. Priceless.

Hudson had spaghetti this week. He's not into the noodles but he likes the chunks of ground beef from the sauce. He needed a bath, though, after he rubbed his head and scratched his ear with his meat sauce hands.

We had a visit from Juliet and baby Ethan this week. Hudson and Ethan "played" together for the first time, kind of. Hudson jumped in the jolly jumper. Ethan stared at him.

My Gramma Kroeker visited us for a few days this week. One evening her and I had a great game of scrabble. We were very proud of how we used the whole board. Although I got the word QUIZ on a double word score, I still lost.

We met my cousins Jackson and Montana at the park one sunny afternoon to play. Jackson found a piece of string and used it to tie Hudson's hat to the swing so it flew around when we pushed him and Hudsy had to try to grab it. Hudson was very interested in this new game.

And he showed Montana that he knows where her nose is.

Thanks for a fun visit, Great Gramma, and for taking such good care of me when my Mommy was at work.
