Recently Hudson has taken a real affinity to pigs, cows and tractors. We often walk to the nearby construction site for Hudson to see tractors at work and he has a few hand-me-down tractors to play with in the backyard. Then we started showing him pictures of tractors online and now he'll walk to the computer, point and begin shouting "tactor! tactor!" until Keith or I come bring up an image. The same thing is happening with cows and pigs now for some reason.
So this week I printed off pictures of pigs, cows and tractors. Hudson coloured them and then I made him a poster of his favourite things (including pictures of his family, who he often asks for). He loves it and carries it around, but he's also VERY tempted to pull the pictures off and destroy my crafty creation.
Hudson likes sitting on the living room chairs to "read" books, which means looking at a few pages, dropping it on the floor, and then asking for another book.
We had a visit from Grandma and Grampy Reed yesterday. Hudson had lots of fun taking them to the park and showing them all of the things he likes to do around the house, especially playing with his hot wheels "tacks."
And I can't make this picture turn the right way, but this morning Hudson enjoyed a smoothie while wearing his toque and Dad's slippers. He looked a bit like an elf.
