Hudson's Grampy is turning the big six-one today, so yesterday Hudson got to work on some special birthday gifts. His second experience with painting was even more successful than his first. He insisted on painting two pictures ("both" is his new favourite word) instead of just one. And they turned out great.
I tried to get him to hold up his art work and smile for a picture, but he just wanted to admire it a bit more.
Then we packaged these masterpieces up and put them in the mail. They will arrive a bit belated, but with lots of love and hard work. We walked them to the mailbox ourselves, with a small train-on-a-string in tow.
Thank you so much for the art work. Grammy even let me put it on the frig for a whole week. We are now in Pagosa Springs visiting Etta and family. I'm glad you are riding your big bike. I love you Hudson. Grampy
