Over the past few weeks/months I have been working on converting our guest room into a "big boy" room for Hudson. A combo of Craig's List, Target, garage sales and blog-snooping led the result below.
Ikea Hemnes bed frame in white: $40 on Craig's List
Ikea Hemnes dresser in red: $80 on Craig's List
Bookcase in ugly: $15 on Craig's List, plus a coat of paint
Bedside table in ugly: $10 on Craig's List plus a coat of paint and new knobs
Area rug: $1 at a garage sale, plus one good cleaning in the washing machine
Quilt & Sheets: $100 at Target
Coat of paint on the walls: Thanks Keith!
Still to do:
Hang curtain rod & curtains
Put stuff on the walls
Get Hudson to stay in his big boy bed
