For the 4th of July we traveled to Kent to surprise Keith's dad with a short visit. We dressed up in red, white & blue and headed out to Grandpa's house on the lake.
Melissa's parents were in the area so they joined us, too.

Huds was very excited for the fireworks. There is an official show at 10:15, but long before that different families on the lake started putting off their own fireworks so Hudson had lots to enjoy.
By 10:20, Hudson was asleep on Keith's lap in the house. He missed most of the official show.
We had an early birthday party for Keith yesterday before heading home. And it didn't take long for both kiddos to be asleep in the back seat.
