Yesterday was our tenth anniversary!
It's hard to believe that ten years have gone by, but when we look around us (at a house full of toys and two kids) and when we watch our wedding video (we look so young!), we must admit that it's been ten years.
Since our wedding we've often lamented that we didn't get to enjoy the food at our reception. Between nerves and adrenalin and speeches, neither of us ate much, but we heard from people that the food was really good. So a few weeks ago I contacted the Fort Langley Golf Course to inquire about the possibility of them allowing us to come in for the same meal. The events coordinator was incredibly accommodating, getting us a meal as close to what we had ten years ago and allowing us to eat in the same banquet hall. We had a great time enjoying the meal (wow - good!) and reminiscing about our reception.
Ten years later and we both think we made a good decision.
