Hailey had her first day of preschool this week. She was very excited and she loved it! After watching Hudson get dropped off and picked up for a year, she was so excited to have a chance to go herself. And like her big brother, she wanted a "funny face" for one of her pictures, too.
Since Hudson had afternoon kindergarten that day, he came along for Hailey's first day and showed her how to drop off her snack bag and find her name for the friendship garden. Before Hudson and I left, Hailey was already busy playing trains. Being the veteran that he is, Hudson laughed at the end of preschool when Hailey ran out even before the teacher called her name on the goodbye train.
In other news, kids are weird. Here they are last Sunday morning watching Keith work in the backyard - Hailey in undies and boots, Hudson in jammies with a pumpkin hat and a tutu.
Hudson is very interested in colouring and making books right now. Hailey likes to watch shows, but she ends up in all kinds of unique positions.
