As Hudson "read" (memorized) from his poem book this weekend "September is the time of beginnings for all." We've had lots of new things happening around here.
One day at quiet time Hailey gave herself a nap. Of course this was a day I was at work. Hailey usually won't stay in her room for more than 20 minutes any other day.
Hailey is quite interested in babies. Here she is cuddling with Lexie.
Both kids enjoy waiting on the steps for Keith to come home from work in "Daddy's white car" and then running out to the curb to meet him.
This weekend Grammy came to visit. She is an excellent sport about playing, playing, playing. Even the really weird games like letting Hailey brush her hair while Hudson blow-dried it.
I continue to be so proud of Keith's mom for the way she is carrying on after Jeff's passing one year ago. She remains committed to her faith and her family, active and brave, putting others before herself. She is a blessing to me, our family and so many others.
