Yesterday Hudson started a funny new habit. He began to jam a white squishy baseball into his mouth and then walk around the kitchen with his walker, tightly gripping the ball in his mouth. He'd stop every now and then to jam the ball further into his mouth, and then get back to walking around. He can do two things at once - walk and grip something random in his mouth.
Today he did the same thing but with his little blue bear. We'll see what tomorrow holds.
In other news, Hudson has started to inadvertently hide things. One day I noticed Hudson was only wearing one sock...and then I found the other one in a drawer he'd been playing in earlier. This afternoon he opened up a kitchen cupboard to reveal the above pictured white baseball which he must have put in there earlier. But most humorously, this morning once Keith left for church Hudson was playing around in our bedroom while I was folding laundry and getting ready for the day. Then a while later I could hear the phone ringing, but faintly. I thought maybe it had fallen under the bed or the dresser, but nope, Hudson has put it inside of the cabinet next to Keith's bed. It was just sitting in there on a shelf, ringing.
