In recent weeks, Hudson has become obsessed with wombats, an animal native to the Australian outback. There is a picture of one wombat in a book we have and a wombat is briefly featured in a Baby Einstein show we used to watch which clearly explains his obsession. Last week his imagination merged with his obsession and he started telling his mother facts about this fascinating animal. Hopefully Aunty Sara and Uncle Tom can smuggle a wombat back with them from their trip to Australia in November.
