Shortly after Christmas we realized that our office/playroom was no longer working for us and needed to become a playroom/office. With some design help from a friend who runs Simply Inspired Design (http://simplyinspireddesign.com/), we have slowly been working at selling furniture, buying furniture, hanging things and redesigning the room. I feel like my pictures don't do justice to how good it looks now. And it's way more functional for us and for the kiddos.
(This is an Ikea expedit bookcase mounted on the wall so we can use the space under it for oddly shaped toys. For those Grandmas out there, it's safe and secure.)
(These are Ikea ribba picture rails. Obviously the content of the frames needs some work still.)
