Ryan & Laura moved out on Thursday and my parents & sister arrived from Kelowna on Friday to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving. Lots of action! On Saturday I went to a Huskies game with Ryan, my Dad and several other Kroekers while Hudson had a day at home with his Daddy. Sunday we enjoyed hanging out at Ryan and Laura's new house, as well as a walk to White Spot for dinner. Monday we enjoyed a Thanksgiving meal at my Uncle Doug and Aunt Jan's house with all of the lower mainland Kroekers.

Hudson and Grandma Kroeker checking out the wildflowers in Aunty Laura's backyard. Hudson laughed and laughed when my Mom tapped the flowers on his face or head.

To my photo right you will notice our new-to-us car - a 2004 Toyota Matrix. Last week, in the midst of everything else that was going on, Keith found us a car on Craig's List. Thanks Keith!

Krista, Laura's sister, was with us for lots of the weekend. She made it into this family picture via shadow.

Last but not least, perhaps the best picture of all. Laura is shocked, my Mom is horrified, my Dad is running to the scene. What had they stumbled across - a body, a horrific car accident, Elvis? Nope, a hawk eating a rabbit, on the side of the road in Walnut Grove.
