Pumpkin Patch

Today was a beautiful fall day and Keith's parents were visiting from Washington so we took a family trip to the pumpkin patch at Aldor Acres near Fort Langley. Hudson was cozy in his fleece outfit (you may recognize it from the camping trip) and rode happily in the snugli the whole time. He looked at some farm animals like piglets, goats, bunnies and 2 huge oxen. He took a hay ride to the pumpkin patch and, with his family's help, chose a Hudson-sized pumpkin to take home. Hudson especially liked touching the stem of the pumpkin, probably for the different texture.

An exciting part of the trip for me was buying Hudson a pumpkin toque. I wanted to get one last year but Keith said I couldn't because the baby wasn't even born yet. So today, with Hudson born, I was allowed to buy one. He looks very cute in it.

  1. I LOVE the pumpkin hat. He looks SO SO cute. And it looks comfy cozy too. A good investment:)

I also love the last picture of the three of you. Hudson's face looks like he did something sneaky he's proud of.

Good looking family. Love you guys:)
