Little Boy

 I often ask Hudson "are you my baby?" and he giggles and thinks it's a funny question.  But lately I've been catching myself and realizing he's really not my baby now - he's my little boy.

In the past few weeks Hudson has taken more of a liking to matchbox cars.  We only have two at home but he likes pushing them around and making car sounds.  And this week Grandma Kroeker treated him to a few hot wheels tracks so he can run them off the coffee table and into the kitchen.  Growing up, Uncle Ryan LOVED cars and over Thanksgiving my Mom brought along Ryan's old car collection.  Ryan's favourite cars are now at his house for Hudson to play with when he is there.  He loved organizing them into their yellow storage trays, just like Uncle Ryan.

 Hudson has also gotten very interested in trains, including Thomas the Train, and he likes putting animals on and off of his Little People train. 

And he does funny little things like taking his afternoon snack and going to sit on the front steps to eat it by himself.
