On Saturday Grandma Reed came up for a visit. Hudson was treated to a day of uninterrupted attention, being able to do whatever he'd like with someone there to cheer him on and play along. It also meant Keith and I had a bit more time for some projects around the house. Since Grandma won't be here for Halloween we gave her a sneak peak of Hudson in his monkey costume. It's an especially fitting costume since Hudson can say both "monkey" and "nana" (there is a banana in the pocket of the costume).
Grandma also brought up a gift for Hudson - a wooden chair that was in Granddad Reed's house when he was a little boy. Hudson LOVES his new chair. He especially likes to sit in it at the coffee table and play with his books, Ark and train.
