Today Hudson had his first visit to the dentist, or at least he thought it was his first, as he's forgotten about the visit he had 1.5 years ago that was a big failure. This time we did a lot of preparation, with books, a show from the library, looking at pictures of friends at the dentist, and practicing at home. Hudson was a champ, even toughing it out through fluoride and xrays. Way to go Hudson!
At the end he got a token to put in the treat machine where he got to choose his own treat - he chose a thumbnail sized plastic dog.
