Ever wonder how many toiletry items you have in your house? Invite Hudson over. He will empty out all of your bathroom cupboards and line up the contents on the edge of the tub. He does this at our house daily and is quite methodical about it. At times he'll stop and rearrange the order or push things closer together. They need to be lined up just right.
He does the same thing with his cars on the window ledge - putting them on the ledge and then into the inner runner. He's just started to make car sounds as he pushes them along. And thanks to cousins Jackson and Montana he has a few new, cool cars to play with.

Yesterday we had Ella and Juliette over for a visit while their Momma did some errands. Their Mom watches Hudson while I'm at work so I really didn't feel like I could complain about it being a lot of work - but it was!
For snack time we were a little short on booster seats so we ended up with this seating arrangement. At first I had Ella on the mini-chair under the island, but ultimately Ella and Hudson chose to switch.
I had to laugh as both girls joined Hudson on his favourite step. And also wonder if this was foreshadowing of Hudson and Ella's dating days in the future - sitting next to one another on their smart phones :)
Today Ethan came over for a play date without his Momma too. Hudson was excited to have "EE" around. Pictured below is Ethan showing us that it truly is better to give than to receive as he cheeses in delight as Hudson reads the new book Ethan gave him for Christmas.
