Yesterday we picked up our Christmas tree and we let it "settle" overnight before decorating it today when I got home from work. We had been worried about how Hudson would respond to the tree, but so far he is just very interested and has not touched it too much. He has seen Keith water the tree and is very interested in ensuring that the tree has water.
Tonight we started a new family tradition of giving Hudson an ornament on the day we decorate our tree. We got him a small John Deere tractor ornament. Hudson was VERY excited to get his ornament, but refused to put it on the tree and rather is spending time pushing it around making truck sounds.
