On Christmas Day afternoon we headed to Kelowna to celebrate Christmas with my family. Hudson was keen to help everyone open their gifts.
And this gift-getting was serious business! He very pensively studied his new book from Uncle Ryan and Aunty Laura.
And fashionably sported his new blue suede shoes from Aunty Sara and Uncle Tom.
There wasn't much snow in Kelowna while we were there (of course, since I made a point to buy Hudson snow pants), but the one evening it did snow my Dad and I took Hudson on a walk in the snow and he loved it.
Hudson was delighted to learn that one of his favourite games (drive cars on the window sill) could be played at Sara and Tom's house, too.
And he happily fake-drank from pop cans while running around in his Santa diapers.
Then Hudson got sick...and thankfully we were at my parents' house again where my Mom could come to the rescue and clean up the mess. He didn't want to eat or drink anything and my Mom literally fed him juice with an eye dropper. He loved it!
Then he caught a new illness - Husky fever!
And he explored his domestic side, playing with Aunty Sara's old kitchen. He happily microwaved and fake-drank.
Thanks for a fun visit, Kelowna. We will come again when there is snow!
